1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Baldwin Gardens Nursing Center website located at baldwingardens.com (the "Site"), operated by Baldwin Gardens Nursing Center ("we," "us," "our," or the "Facility"). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2Description of Services

Baldwin Gardens Nursing Center is a licensed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Temple City, California, providing 24-hour skilled nursing care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, post-surgical recovery, wound and IV therapy, and related post-acute and long-term care services.

Through the Site, we offer informational content about our facility and services, an online inquiry and tour-request form, an employment application portal, and a live chat feature to connect prospective residents, families, and job applicants with our team. The Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional health care consultation.

3User Accounts and Responsibilities

The Site does not require you to create a user account to browse content or submit an inquiry. Where you submit information through our forms or chat widget, you are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information and for keeping that information up to date. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under any contact details you provide.

Care and residency fees, insurance and Medicare/Medi-Cal billing, and any other financial matters are handled directly with our admissions and business office staff, not through the Site. Any pricing or coverage information presented on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute a binding quote or guarantee of coverage. Final terms are established in a separate written admissions agreement.

5Refunds and Cancellations

Because no products or paid services are purchased directly through the Site, online refund and cancellation terms do not apply. Tour requests and inquiries may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time by contacting us. Any refund or cancellation policy applicable to facility care services, deposits, or residency is governed solely by the written admissions agreement between you and the Facility and applicable California and federal regulations.

6Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, facility photographs, page layouts, and software, is the property of Baldwin Gardens Nursing Center or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download material from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

7Prohibited Uses and User Conduct
